In honor of our beautiful mother, our family would like to inform you that Beverly Patricia Tunstull-Bradford, was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 23rd, 1938, and passed away on March 31, 2020 at the age of 81 in Aurora, Colorado.

Beverly, fought her illness of dementia and other medical issues to her very last breath.

Beverly was preceded in death by our father Ross Cleveland Holyfield in September of 2000.

Those left behind to cherish memories of Beverly are her siblings Charles Harris and Norma Strickland. Also, her children Aaron, Rosalyn, Darryl, Lionel, Warren, Rachel and Janet Holyfield. In addition, her grandchildren Matthew Holyfield, Eric Holyfield, Adaiah, Ross and Hannah Bryant, and great grandchild Adiel Rachelle Grace.

To describe our mother Beverly, nicknamed Bell as a child, in full would take a novel.  Some of the most cherished memories and qualities of her would be that she was one of Jehovah's Witnesses, baptized in 1968, and a true student of the Bible and preaching work for 52 years.

Beverly faced adversities with strength as she always worked hard to raise all 7 of her children, her little chicks. Beverly's sense of humor was second to none with her intelligence, quick wit and laughter.  Mom was very talented and creative. She loved to cook, sew, make pottery, antique and she kept an array of pets.

Beverly always put her children before herself.  She loved us so much and gave us the greatest treasure and inheritance; our spiritual inheritance! (jw.org

Mere words can not express just how much personality and love she had. She made each of us feel like we were all precious! We will miss our Mommy. We know that based on the Bible's promises, this is not goodbye, but rather we'll see you later.  The most important thing we have is our relationship with our Heavenly Father Jehovah, and He is the greatest Promise Keeper!

Jesus put it this way at John 5:28,29 “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life..."

Psalms 37:11 "But the meek will possess the earth, and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."

Jer. 29:11, “‘For I well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward you,’ declares Jehovah, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope.”

We will miss our mother so so much, but we know that she is secure in Jehovah's memory and that it is “impossible for God to lie”… Rev. 21:3,4

Your loving children always and forever…
