Travis C Byrd was born on November 12, 1934 he was the fourth child born to Larkin S. Byrd, Sr and Amanda L Byrd in Wewoka Oklahoma. He is proceed in death by his parents, and two brothers Joe L Byrd (Okla City), Roland S Byrd (Wichita, KS), and one sister Betty Byrd (Wewoka, Ok). Travis accepted Christ at an early age, and knew the Lord as his savior and refuge. He received his education in the Wewoka school system and, graduated from Douglas High School in Wewoka Okla. Shortly after graduating high school he enlisted into the US Navy and served his time and was discharged. Then he moved to Wichita, KS for a while, but then decided to make Denver Colorado his home. Travis was well known in the Denver area for his trade as a vending machine operator, and was loved by his friends and family. Travis was called home to glory to receive his crown and wings in mid November 2018.
