Jan (Honza) Stefacek

Our son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend Jan (Honza)

Stefacek left forever on Sunday, March 5 th , 2023, at the age of 33. He

lived in Denver area, Colorado, originally from Znojmo, Czech Republic.

He left behind his family, other relatives, as well as many friends, who

will miss him dearly. Per his wishes, Jan will be cremated, without a

memorial service, and his ashes will be spread in the area he loved.
