Jayden Nash Alvarado

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Jayden Nash Alvarado.

Jayden Alvarado, a senior at Eaglecrest High School in Aurora CO, passed unexpectedly in a car accident with his best friend on October 30, 2022.

Jayden is survived by his parents Mandee and John, his older sister Mackinzee, older brother Phillip, last remaining great grandmother (Nana Margaret), grandparents and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jayden was born in Denver CO, 12/01/2004 at Rose Medical Center. Jayden loved hard and without fail. His love for his family and friends was unconditional. His unquestionable love for baseball also brought very special memories to his life and to those around him. He was very fortunate to experience the joys of traveling with the people he loved most.

Jayden was loved by many near and far. From a young age, it was apparent that Jayden was kind-hearted, and full of life. Jayden was always on the go, to attempt to get him to stay idle for any amount of time was quite the task. Jayden was special in that he could strike up a conversation with pretty much anyone, no matter the differences. Jayden’s magnetic personality and sharp sense of humor meant there was no such thing as a stranger to him.

Jayden had many job duties over the last few years, including being a member of the Bark N Wash team, was a vital part of Miami Animal Alliance family where he shared his love for animals with the world. He was also a valued team member at Top Golf, where he made lifelong friends.

“Jayden was the sweetest person I have ever met, he helped me through so much without even knowing it. He was so happy to see all of his friends and gave us the biggest hug every time. We will all miss that smiling face. He was an example of beauty and unrelenting love. He was the kind of person you meet once in your life and know you’ll be with them forever no matter what. The most pure and thoughtful soul that touched every life around him for the better. This isn’t goodbye. The best of friends know that they were loved for who they were in life and will be remembered for their heart in their death.

Grief never ends, but it changes. It is a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness nor a lack of faith: it is the price of love.
