Dave E Stitt

April 9, 1946 – October 13, 2022

David was born in Thayer, Kansas on April 9, 1946 to Eugene and Iva Stitt.

He is preceded in death by both parents. He is survived by one brother, Stanley Stitt, one sister, Joan Vida, 4 children, Daron Stitt, Dayna Little, Adina Felten, Shawna Anderson, and by 8 grandchildren.

He passed on to be with the Lord on October 13, 2022.

David grew up in Thayer, Kansas, then attended and graduated from Ozark Christian College in 1969 with a Bachelors degree. There he met and married his wife of 55 years, Sharon Weesner on November 26, 1965.

From August 1968 to November 1982 he served with his wife doing missionary and evangelistic work in Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland. From Nov. 1982 on he served as a minister and loving father.

He ministered at Northglenn Christian Church, West Ridge Christian Church, New Life Christian Church, New Hope Christian Fellowship, Norwich Christian Church, and Mile High Church.

He loved playing games, traveling, fishing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. He inspired many with his faith, kindness, and love.
