Lynn Renee Sosias

It is with great sadness that the family of Lynn Renee Sosias (Herlocker) announces her passing on Jan. 14, 2022, at 64 years old, after complications from heart surgery. Born and raised in Denver, Lynn attended North High School and was a lifelong Rockies fan. She married Dan Sosias and had two sons, Aaron and Marcus. In her younger years, Lynn loved spending time at Lake Powell and water skiing with her family. She was an avid photographer and loved painting and crafting. She is survived by and will be lovingly remembered by her mother Irene; son Marcus; sisters Kathi (Tom), Gail, Melissa (Toby), and Pam; brother Mark (Robbin); nieces and nephews (Adam, Josh, Matt, Sabrina, Derek, Ryan, Renee, Vestina, Alicia), and many beloved great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Henry, former husband Danny, son Aaron, sister Michele, and nephews Jason and Brandon.

At her request, there will not be a formal funeral service. The family will hold a private celebration of life in the spring, and her cremains will be interred with her son Aaron's and father's at a later date per her wishes. Her family is thankful for all the thoughts, prayers, and support throughout her hospitalization.
