Frances Mary Larson-Cortez

Frances Mary Larson-Cortez, age 77, passed away on June 15, 2021 at home, after a 3 year battle with lung and kidney cancer. Loving wife and soul mate to Douglas L. Cortez. Although she had no children, she enjoyed being stepmother to Charles Joseph Cortez and Amy Bree Cortez; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; beloved daughter of Vivian and the late David Kostmatka; dear sister to Kent, Kyle, and the late William, David, and Deborah. Aunt to many. She had an outgoing and bubbly personality. Beloved by all that met her. She will be sorely missed. The world was a better place with her in it. Cremation took place at Kramer Family Funeral Home in Denver, Colorado June 22, 2021. A get together will be held at Heroes 16070 E. Dartmouth in Aurora, Colorado, July 2, 2021 at 11:30 am.
