Joshua Martinez

Joshua Martinez passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 in

Littleton, Colorado.  He was born on June 21, 1974  in Denver,

Colorado. He is survived by: his daughter, Olivia, her mother

Jackie; his father, Mick Martinez of Colorado; his mother Bonny

Porter (John) of Tennessee; his sister Kendra Powers (Ben) of

Nebraska; aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins, step sister and

step brothers. His passing is also mourned by his beloved

girlfriend, Darla Walker and many dear friends.

 

Josh was a life-long resident of Colorado. He graduated from

Chatfield Senior High School and afterwards attended Red

Rocks Community College.  He owned and operated his own

businesses.

Josh loved all outdoor sports, primarily mountain biking and

snowboarding but also wakeboarding, golfing, and

skateboarding among others. His love of sports was only

exceeded by his love of family and friends. After the birth of his

daughter, Olivia, his life revolved around being a good father.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday August 28,

2019 at 11:00 am the Calvary South Denver located at 9052

West Ken Caryl Avenue in Littleton, Colorado 80128.
