On Tuesday, July 30, 2019, Robert Morton Veniegas Sr(Rob, Robbie) a loving father of six children and grandfather to six grandchildren, passed away at the age of 57. Rob was born on May 11, 1962 in Cheyenne, WY to Emilio Veniegas Sr and Aurora Martinez. He worked for a window manufacturing company for 25+ years where he became a supervisor before retiring. Rob loved and participated in many sports such as, basketball, football, softball, bowling, tennis and fishing. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, especially at their sporting events. Rob was best known for his skills on the court/ field, the love he had for his family and the strength he had to battle all obstacles that came his way. Rob was preceded in death by his father, Emilio, his mother, Aurora, and his brothers, Emilio Jr, Ed and Bill. He is survived by his children, Alicia(Marcus Sr), Robert Jr, Danielle(Corey), Andrew, Bobbie and Savannah. Also, his grandchildren, Alias, Marcus Jr, Josephine, Jaydon, Miles and Laiahna, as well as, Rob's brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces. A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 5-7pm, at Kramer Family Funeral Home(7205 Gilpin Way #130, Denver, CO 80229). A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019, at 3pm, at the Gaval Event Center(5312 Sheridan Blvd, Arvada, CO 80026)
