It is with great sadness that the family of Linda Marie DeClaw announces her passing, on Friday, September 27, 2019, at the age of 66 years.
Linda was a single mother who worked two jobs while putting herself through CU Dental School, she was a dental assistant for numerous years and then became a surgical technician. She had a love for God and His word, and for her son as well as her family. She had a passion for classic cars and loved cruising around in her blue 1964 ½ Ford Mustang. She was hospitable and enjoyed cooking for her loved ones. She always helped out those in need.
Linda will be lovingly remembered by her son Francisco and daughter in-law Jessica. Linda will also be fondly remembered by her four grandchildren, Nehemiah, Cassandra, Amalia, and Brooklyn. By her brothers Frank (Keeko) DenetClaw and his daughter Myla DenetClaw. Her brother Leo (Bird) Archuleta, and her sister Georgiana Archuleta and her son Florencio (Flo/Red) Granado and her daughters Louisa Garcia and Martha Saenz. Her brother in-law Joe Bustamante, as well as numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Linda was predeceased by her brothers Steve Archuleta, Charlie Archuleta, Antonio Archuleta, Louie DeClaw, and sisters Erna Archuleta and Grace Bustamante, her mother Josefita DeClaw and her father Frank Palmer DeClaw.
A Funeral Service in memory of Linda will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., at Highland Baptist Church, 9185 Utica Street, Westminster, CO 80031. With a reception to follow.
