Jerry Wayne Long

We are sad to announce the death of our father, Jerry Wayne Long. He passed away peacefully at the age of 74, surrounded by family on January 16, 2023. 

Our dad enjoyed camping and was an amazing fisherman. He was passionate about Chevys and loved working on his cars, he alway had the best dad jokes around and loved playing with his grandchildren. Jerry served in the Air Force and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan during the Vietnam War. 

He leaves behind his wife Deb, children Dustin and Lacey and his grandchildren Ray, Albany, Serenity, Jerry and Annalise. He will be sorely missed.

There will be a private family ceremony to spread Jerry’s ashes at a place close to his heart. We would like to invite you to write letters that can be read at that time to send your love with him on his new journey. You can email your letters to notes4jerry@gmail.com.
