Henry Vasquez

Henry Vasquez 63 of Ojo Feliz passed away on February 26, 2022 after an extended illness. Henry worked at The Lounge in Mora for many years and more recently at Fort Union National Monument. He enjoyed woodworking, creating many beautiful projects that are enjoyed by many and going to the casino. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Claudio and Rogelia, his life partner Adelina, and by his brothers Adolfo and Leroy. He is survived by his granddaughters Adriana and Paisley, stepdaughters Naomi (Robert) Valdez and Natalie (Dave) Clarke; sisters: Clara Casias, Balbina (Roger) Casias and Floraida (John) Nethery; brothers: Robert Vasquez and David (Michelle) Vasquez; uncle: Ismael (Mary) Vasquez; special niece Claudia

Martinez (Rio, Jesse, & Jonah), as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place, services were provided by Kramer Funeral Home in Denver, CO.

It was Henry’s wish that no funeral services be conducted, a private family burial of the cremains will take place at a later time.
