Elizabeth Martinez Duran

Elizabeth Martinez Duran, known to family and friends as Cha, passed away in Denver, CO on Friday, August 13, 2021 at the age of 77 years.

Born in 1943, in Santa Ana, CA Elizabeth was the daughter of Jose D. and Dolores Martinez. Elizabeth worked as an educator in California and Colorado. She proudly finished her Masters Degree and obtained her Administrative License.

Elizabeth was a beloved mother and is survived by her children, Naomi Mary Duran and Ruben Duran Jr. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Suzzette Velazquez, Jackie Medina and Michael Vincent Iten. Elizabeth will be fondly remembered by her great grandchildren Amie, Joseph, Robert Jr., Lawrence, Daniel, Aiden and Izabell. Elizabeth is also survived by her sibling; Pauline Amaya and many nieces and nephews.

Elizabeth's family remembers her as a loving woman who cherished her family, especially her grandchildren.

Services will be held privately.
