Michael V. Welton

In the early morning hours of Sunday, May 16th, beloved father, son, brother and friend Michael V. Welton bid farewell to the physical world and set off on his next grand adventure. A business owner and world traveler, Mike believed adamantly in both the value of hard work and the importance of taking time to enjoy life outside of the office - a belief that helped shape the minds and experiences of his own children and countless other family members and friends whom he blessed with trips near and far. His generous spirit and devotion to helping people - especially individuals with disabilities - has been and will continue to be an inspiration to many. Mike’s legacy lives on in the hearts of his children and all those who admire and respect him. He is so very loved and appreciated, now and always.

Celebrations in honor of Mike’s extraordinary life will be held in the Black Hills and in the Twin Cities in the coming weeks, with specifics to be announced by family.
