Sharon (Sherri) Rose Bernard Siani

Sharon (Sherri) Rose Bernard Siani, 64, died after a long battle with cancer on February 2, 2021, at Longmont United Hospital, in Longmont, Colorado.

Sherri was born to parents Stephen and Barbara Bernard on June 29, 1956 in Monroe, LA.  She grew up as the eldest of three.  She moved to Colorado with her family in 1973.  In 1989, she married Joseph (Jay) Siani.  Sherri spent 13 years as a school bus driver, and many years with Avaya.  She retired just 2 years ago, after some years in the retail industry, and was a caregiver for her Mother-in-Law.

Sherri is survived by her husband Jay Siani of Thornton, CO; her mother Barbara Bernard of Downsville, LA; her sister Susan Littlefield (David) of Alvin, TX; her niece Tracey Holtz-Hawthorne (Rob & Cale) of Thornton, CO; her nephew Lance Littlefield (Kimberly, Owen & Stevie) of Baton Rouge, LA; her nephew Cash Littlefield (Emily, Keegan & Beckham) of Farmerville, LA; many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her father Stephen Bernard of Downsville, LA; her brother Steven Bernard of Pueblo, CO; her sister Gloria Jean Bernard of Midland, TX; her grandparents, great-grandparents, uncles, an aunt, extended family and friends.

At Sherri’s request, a cremation will take place, but no formal services will be held.  A celebration of life will be held at her niece’s house on Sunday, February 14th, from 12-4pm, at 2772 E. 161st Place, Thornton, CO 80602.
