MARTINEZ, Seferino Frank

It is with great sadness that the family of Seferino Frank Martinez announces his passing after his battle with cancer, on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at the age of 78.  Seferino will lovingly be remembered by his wife Patricia of 59 years and his children Anita (Ron), Frank (Jami), David, and Cathy (Mike).  He will also be remembered as Papoo by his 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. He is survived by his two brothers Ronnie and Johnny, his sister Nancy, his sister-in-law Cruz, and his two brothers-in-law Billy and Eloy along with numerous nieces and nephews.  

Friends and family thoughtfully recall him as always having a bright smile, being loving, caring and outgoing. He was seen by many as a father figure and mentor who was always willing to lend a hand or give advice even if you didn’t expect it.  He had a one of a kind personality that lit up any room he walked in.  He was able to start a conversation with any stranger on the street and left them feeling like they knew him for years.  He loved his Denver Broncos, fishing and hunting with his sons. 

Memorial service to be determined at a later date.
