Daniel C. Monroe

With very heavy hearts, the family of Daniel C. Monroe announces his passing. Daniel had rebounded from many medical conditions over the years, but he contracted the Coronavirus in December and the damage was too much for his body to overcome. He passed on January 1st, 2021 at the age of 71. Daniel will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Tina Prather and Tiffany Totays. Dan will forever be a part of the best memories of his grandchildren; Austin Prather, Kaden Prather, Skylar Totays, Johannes Totays, and Matilda Totays. Daniel was preceded in death by his brother, Wiley Monroe. His loss is mourned by his remaining siblings; Eric Monroe, Kandice Monroe, Michael Monroe, Lonnie Monroe and Nanette Linder. Dan was also lucky to be loved by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A memorial will not be scheduled at this time. Daniel’s family is planning a Celebration of Life along with a BBQ to take place later in 2021 when large gatherings can safely congregate.
