Marjorie Irene (Penrod) Tennant

08/30/1930 – 01/11/2021

Marjorie passed on January 11, 2021. “She was the most amazing and frustrating person I ever met.”

She was born in Parma Idaho, graduated Valedictorian from the high school in New Plymouth Idaho in 1948. She attended Nurse’s training at St. Luke’s in Boise Idaho and met and Married an Air Force Staff Sargent Don Tennant in 1951. They traveled from place to place with the Airforce for years and landed in southwest Denver in 1964 where they made their home and raised their two children. They later moved to Windsor Gardens as empty nesters and spent several winters at their Condo in Mazatlan.  Marjorie was always busy, she enjoyed crafts, knitting and crocheting, insisted on a perfectly clean house, loved going out to dinner, but most loved spending time with her family.

She is preceded in Death by Her Husband (2000) and survived by her two children LeeAnn (Spouse, Michael) and Scott (Spouse, Danielle) as well as her three grandchildren, Alexandra, Ian, and Rachel.

In Lieu of flowers please enjoy a dinner out with your family or friends at your favorite restaurant, have a glass of overly sweet wine and share a memory and a toast to that fun, crazy, opinionated, loving, big-hearted little Lady.
