Robert Bernard Davis, Sr. "Bob" 

Robert B. Davis, known to friends as "Bob," passed away on June 25, 2020 at the age of 83. 

He was a native of New York City attended the prestigious High School of Music and Art in New York City. After graduation, he joined the U.S. Navy and served for 8 years. He then went onto serve in the U.S. Army reserves and received honorable discharges from both branches of the military. He continued serving by working for the NYC Police Department for 17 years, rising to the rank of 2nd grade detective. 

He began his counseling career, after graduating from Hunter College, City University of New York with a M.S Ed in Counseling and Guidance. He worked for Catholic Charities Samaritan House in Denver, CO for 25 years while building a practice to serve those that needed intensive treatment. 

While in Denver, Robert joined the Bennie L. Williams Spiritual Voices as a bass to continue his love of singing. He is survived by his wife, Clarice, a daughter Melody (Angel), his son Robert, Jr., a daughter Victoria Williams, a son, Benjamin Williams, 10 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and a brother from another mother, Michael Borrelli of Deerfield, Florida.
